1. First install clip like any new software in the folder shared to the internet.
2. Open clip to make sure clip is working. Also, take this opportunity to play with the new clip before storing your valuable data in it.
3. Exit the CLIP program.

A. If installing server or primary computer (i.e. the computer CLIP is actually installed on) Then go to start > programs. Then, find the version of CLIP you are upgrading to and click on transfer information.
B. If installing from remote workstation ( i.e. computer able to access CLIP but does not have installed locally) then go to my computer. Find the drive mapped to CLIP. Inside the new CLIP folder click on transfer Information.
3. Follow the on screen instructions.
