1. First install clip like any new software
2. Open clip to make sure clip is working. Also, take this opportunity to play with the new clip before storing your valuable data in it.
3. Exit the CLIP program.
4. After that go to start > programs. Then, find the version of CLIP you are upgrading to and click on transfer information.
