Possible Solution: Make sure "ptfer.exe" (pocket transfer) file is in the REP directory in CLIP Pro. There are several things to check here.
Instructions:
1. Make sure the Percon transfer program is being opened (see TaskBar) when clicking "upload from pocket reader". (Program is located atClipPro\Rep\ptfer.exe)
2. Make sure ptfer.exe is only open once when you do the transfer. (Check the task bar)
3. There sometimes is a problem w the configuration settings. The documentation from Percon says that we can make a call to the ptfer program and change the Comm port settings based on this call. It doesnt seem to always work that way though. Try "hard changing" the comm setting by clicking the transfer program on the taskbar after Clip opens it but before the upload, Select Options>Settings and change the comm port here. Then upload.
