Route Sheets - One customer per page

Description:  In response to customer demand we have made available  the ability to print one property per page. Along with that, if a header is desired on each page follow the "B" Directions

 

Possible Solution:

A. If you want to change the Route Sheets so that each new property will be on its own sheet along with it's jobs.

 

Directions:

 

1. Make a back up

 

2. Go to Files - Other Utilities - Dot prompt

 

3. Type Modi repo  Hit Enter

 

4. From the right hand side find and select the Rep folder

 

5. From the left hand side find and select the rtsheet.frx

 

 

6. Select Report from the top bar (after clicking the first time it will shift to the right on the bar-click again on Report

 

7. Select Data grouping....

 

8. Select the INT(num)

 

 

9. Select Change

 

10. Select New Page

 

 

11. Select OK

 

12. Select OK

 

13. Hold the Ctrl(Control) key then hit the W key

 

14. Hit Esc (Escape)

 

B.  Along with A if you want the header to print on the top of each new page

 

Instructions:

 

1.   Follow steps 1-5 as listed above

 

2.   Drag and drop the gray bar that says Group Header  2:INT (num). This can be done by positioning your mouse on the gray box on the left side then holding down the mouse button and pulling the bar down until 1 and half inches is showing on the ruler on the left side then releasing the button

3.   Select all the items between the Group Header and the Group Header 1:Crew. This can be done by double clicking on the gray title bar that says Group Header 1:Crew. All the items should be selected now

 

4.   Using your mouse, drag the all the selected items down to the box below you just created

 

5.   Now there will be an empty  space between the Page Header and the Group Header 1:Crew. Drag the gray title bar Group Header 1:Crew up to the Group Header.

 

6.   Hold the Ctrl(Control) key then hit the W key

 

7.   Hit Esc (Escape)
