Known Fixes

   

  1.  When opening a certified a clip program, getting "Trial Version" , this usually is tied to the I/O error.

 

The current solution is to place a CD in the drive or a disk in the ZIP drive

 

  2.  When using show previous balance on route sheet invoices the previous balance is not appearing as a single item however is included with total.

 

Any  update after 10/16/01 should fix this problem.

 

  3.  When entering file maintenance and clicking on history receiving error 36.  

 

This occurs only after installing the 10/01/01 update.  Any later update should fix this problem.

 

  4.  When selecting button "delete line from history"  in file maintenance>select customer>history  getting system abnormality and error message cannot access select a table, along with other errors.

 

Installing an update  10/12/01 or later will fix this problem.
