Explanation: All printing is controlled by the Windows operating system and the printer driver (software written to control the printer). Most printer problems are caused by the print driver not being compatible with the Microsoft FoxPro 2.6 programming language (Clip is written in this). We have had many reported issues with the HP brand. Print drivers can cause a many problems from not printing at all to the misalignment of forms

Possible Solution:
A. See if printer will work with other programs, if not try rebooting the computer and turning the printer off

B. If the printer works with other programs, you will need to find a printer driver that is compatible with Foxpro. The following are different possibilities:
Instructions:
1. Try installing other types of similar printers offered by that manufacture.
2. You can try un-installing and reinstalling the printer using the software that came with the printer
3. You can try un-installing and reinstalling the printer using the Windows CD-ROM
4. Go the manufactures web site and download for free the latest driver they have
5. Call the printer tech support and tell them you are having problems printing from a FoxPro 2.6 program. they will guide you through finding a print driver that will work
