I.  When entering into a customer's history

 

Possible Solution:

A. Turn history filter on

 

Instructions:

 

1. In Clip go to System

 

2. Select High-speed CPU

 

3. Select Yes

 

 

II.  While Printing Route Sheet Invoices

 

Possible Solution:

A.  Delete pimem.mem file

 

Instructions:

 

1. Close Clip

 

2. Go to Windows Explorer and find the ClipClas or Clippro folder.

 

3. Go into the Mem folder

 

4. Find the pimem.mem file and delete it.

 

5. Restart Clip and retry
