Possible Solution:
A. Make sure that there is a TMP folder in the ClipClass/ClipPro folder
Instructions:
1. Close Clip
2. Go to Windows Explorer and find the ClipClas or Clippro folder, open it.
3. Look to make sure there is a folder named TMP
4. If not, create one by right clicking on any clean space (white area) with the mouse on the right hand side of the screen
5. Select New - Folder
6. Give the folder the name TMP

B. In a Network check to see if the user has rights to all of the directories under CLIP
