Description: Error in the move data process-error 115
Explanation: The Install Shield program (the program used to install Clip software) is trying to install the needed files and cannot write them to your hard drive.
Places that it occurs:
I. When installing Clip
Possible Solution:
A. Close Clip on all machines

B. Reboot the computer and install the update before restarting Clip.
~ or ~
C. Turn off the virus protection program and reinstall the program
Instructions:
1. Normally the virus protection can be disabled by finding the virus icon on gray task bar located along the bottom right of your desktop and right clicking on it and select Disable. This will vary on different software packages.

D. Make sure that the files in Clip are not marked as Read Only
~ or ~
E. Change all files from Read Only
Instructions:
1. Close Clip
2. Go to Windows Explorer and find the ClipClas or Clippro folder.
3. Open the first folder. All the files should be listed on the right side of the screen
4. Select the first file by clicking on it with the mouse. It
now should be highlighted.
5. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard
6. Click on the last file in the list. All the files should now be highlighted
7. Let go of the Shift key
8. Position you mouse over the top off any of the highlighted area
9. Right click your mouse
10. Select Properties
11. If the Read Only box is checked off - uncheck it then go to step 12 otherwise this is not the solution
12. Select Apply
13. Do this same procedure for each folder
14. This same procedure must be done for the files that are located in the ClipPro/ClipClas folder
15. Restart Clip and test
