Possible Solution:

A.  Set date to correct format. Should be M/D/YY

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Go to Start-Settings-Control Panel-Regional Settings

 

2. Select the Date tab from across the top

 

3. Change the Short date format to M/D/YY by using the arrow in the lower right corner to make the selection

 

4. Select Apply

B.  Possible error in the registration file

 

Instructions:

 

1. This would only occur after applying an update or installing Clip for the first time

 

2. Contact Sensible Software for new file. This file can be emailed to resolve this issue quickly. If you do not have email you will need to restore your backup until new disks can be sent out.
