Description: File Does Not Exist
Explanation: Clip is looking a for a particular file that is missing or corrupted
Places that it occurs:
I. When entering Clip. (The screen is all white in color.)
Possible Solution:
A. Install an update. These files will be replaced and fixed.

B. The BMP file is corrupted/missing (this is picture for the background of Clip)
Instructions:
1. Open Clip and hit Ignore to the Error
2. Go to System - System Set Ups.....
3. Select Choose Background
4. Choose another background other then the one that is currently selected
5. Select return
