Explanation: This utility will delete all the customer history and balances. The only thing that will remain is the customer information and their jobs. This should only be done when you are basically starting over with Clip. There is no way to go back after you have done this except to restore your backup.
Follow These Steps:
A. Deleting All History
Directions:
1. Go to Files - Other Utilities - Dot Prompt
2. Type Do bak2zero Hit Enter
3. Select OK
4. Select Yes
5. Hit Esc (Escape)
6. Go to Files - Index Files
7. Select Yes to History
