BIll Group Lookup
The 'Bill Group Lookup' allows the users to group properties that have a common billing address (or billing customer). This feature currently "works" with special invoice statements only. There is an option on the print statement screen that will allow you to generate statements for a specific Group Code. It will print a statement for each property, if you opt to print Detail; however, if you print summary, it will print just the aging information for each account and then gives a grand total for all properties under that group code. In the future, we will automatically group properties with common billing customer and print total due.
