We have two Desktop versions, each with the option of connecting to QuickBooks for your billing.
CLIP Classic offers all the essential features for running a maintenance business. Dynamic scheduling, job costing, global routing (manually or with Microsoft MapPoint), mail-merge with Word and Excel. The Classic program comes in three “sizes” (50 customers, 125 customers or unlimited) so we can fit the start-up company as well.
CLIP Pro adds to Classic powerful customer management features such as automated follow-up reminders on phone conversations with customers and centralized document storage and tracking. Additionally it adds versatile chemical application scheduling and chemical tracking capability, drag-and-drop schedule adjustment and easy processing for generating contract renewals.

CLIP Pro - Project Module
The Project module tracks materials, sub-contractors,
markups, labor, labor burden, parts, guarantees and
other factors that would otherwise take a few days to complete.
This module will show you exactly which portion of
a project has been completed and what remains to be
completed.
The Projects module also links
to Pro Landscape. This allows you to import
an existing inventory list directly into the Projects
