On all PC's that will be synching with the devices:
1) Add / remove programs - Remove ALL instances of CLIP2go Sync.
2) Locate and delete c:\program files\clip2gosync
3) Locate and double click on the clip2gosync.msi file you downloaded and run this install. Choose the default options for install
4) On Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems, you will need to do the following:

Open Computer
Go to C:\Program Files \ CLIP2GoSync
Right click the CLIP2goSync folder
Click Properties.
Click on the Security tab.
Click Edit
Add a new User
Type in the word "everyone" (no quotes)
Click Add
Click "Full Control" - Allow Check Box.
Click OK
Click the group/user names labeled "Users(_____\Users)
Click "Full Control" - Allow Check Box.
Click Apply
Click OK.
Click OK.
